Ruby Stick Swab Description
The T-21 PU Foam Swab is a precision cleaning tool engineered specifically for the maintenance of industrial and
large-format printers. Unlike standard cotton swabs, this swab features a solvent-compatible Polyurethane PU foam
head bonded to a sturdy, chemically resistant handle.
Designed to fit tight printhead assemblies, the T-21’s unique slanted head provides maximum surface contact with
critical components such as inkjet nozzles, encoder strips, and capping stations. It effectively absorbs and lifts dried
ink, dust, and debris without shedding fibers, preventing costly print defects and clogs. The swab is manufactured in
a cleanroom environment, ensuring it meets the strict standards required for high-resolution printing equipment.
